My work is shaped by my own experience — personal and professional — with queer, disabled, at-risk, and marginalized communities. Identity, circumstance, and the way a nervous system moves through the world all inform how I show up with someone, whatever we’re working on together.
All services are available virtually — wherever you are, support can reach you.
1:1 Meditation Mentoring
Personalized, nuanced support in building a sustainable, accessible practice — one that fits your actual life, body, and nervous system, not a generic template of what practice “should” look like. This can draw explicitly on Buddhist teachings and lineage, or hold that tradition more loosely, while still honoring the roots. Experience and/or interst in Buddhism
Grief and Loss Support
Space to work with grief in whatever form it’s showing up — the death of someone, or any other kind of loss and mourning. This can also be less specific: building a practice of getting to know grief itself, before or without a particular loss prompting it.
End of Life Care and Advocacy
Support for the person dying and/or the people who love them.
- End of Life Planning — We’ll complete an advance care and planning document together, so your wishes, needs, and requests are clearly defined. This session also covers the practical layer — pet care, account transfers, the material and legal details — so you can feel at peace knowing they’re handled.
- Legacy and Life Review — Across 3–5 virtual sessions, we’ll build a custom experience for sharing your legacy with the people and world around you. This might include obituary writing, dignity projects, recorded interviews, art, or community projects — whatever’s most reflective of you, designed side-by-side.
- Funeral Planning — You deserve a service that reflects you, your life, and your wishes. I support anyone planning a funeral or end-of-life celebration, with particular focus on honoring the complex, multi-faceted identities a culture like ours so often flattens or negates.
